is there anywhere that sells an aftermarket air sensor that is better that the stock one?

Yes. They are called uprev GT Mafs. They sell for $350 a piece and you need two so $700 will get you what you need.
I "might" have 2 for sale that were used for about a month. I was saving them to see if I can even spin my V3 blower fast enough to need them.
