Could my brake pads affect power steering?

Ive had issues with my brake pads and I plan on getting them fixed tomorrow, however I noticed my power steering complete stopped on me. My fluid is filled to hot, however I did notice a bit of a leak. My question is, could my brake pads failure be the reason to my power steering failure? Seems like there's a problem after another on my z. Already spent up to 4 grand on repairs so I'm pretty bummed out. 57k miles

Around 2-4k it was a while ago, but still it was all paid for at the dealership. Well sucks that they don't have any correlation

Got my pads fixed. Turns out the power steering has nothing to do with the pads. Damn lol
