Changing coolant, need help

I couldn't find much about changing the coolant on 370z. Hopefully you guys can help me out. All I need to do is take the off the panel from underneath the car and unscrew the coolant plug and let the coolant come out like that? I'm sure there is other ways, but this is the fast/lazy right lol
