I was under the impression Haltech didn't have an ECU that would work with the Z34?

They dont have an application specific version but you can use a universal version piggyback'd with the stock ECU. Its definitely a bit out of place in a bolt-on 370z but to each their own.

He's in Latvia. I'm guessing you use what the local tuners have access to / experience with. Personally, I'd get an eTune with Uprev or Ecutek, but that's me.

The problem is here in Latvia is really problematic find anything for such cars... I even can't program 370z here because nobody knows how to do it, I need to go to Estonia or Lithuania, there are one place in each country who knows how, I hope they knows well

Yes Traction control "HAS" to be off when your on the dyno, or the ECU could pull power, You mods no tune you should be around 290 WHP and must be a a gear that is 1:1. I know on mine 7SPD auto we always use 4th, 5th would be a LONG pull and would exceed 140 MPH not to keen on having the car roll that fast on the dyno :/.

You dont really have a choice about traction control. It will not even let the car begin to drive on the dyno if its engaged, and if you dont turn it off, it will fault and shut down by itself after a moment anyway
