4.08 gears are still in for now.

Did Seb say what he thought about the C2 cams?

he was impressed with them..he had doubts because he hasn't seen good results with cams on NA cars..

It always makes you feel good when someone that has tuned a ton of 370z's is impressed with a product. That means it is really good. The same cams are in my motor. I am just turbo charged. I hope they do what I want them to do. My purpose for them is better tip in and spool up time. Drivability reasons.

I wasn't aware there were that many cars running them. I have no complaints about them, and while they are expensive, plus law of diminishing returns and all that, I think they're worth decent power NA. I gained 30whp from an intake swap and cams. 93 pump gas both runs. Another 13 on top of that with E85. I don't really think the issue with intakes applies as they never let it get hot on the dyno for heat soak to really become a problem.

Yep, I was very pleased when I picked mine up from Z1. Congrats, hope you're as happy with them as I've been. I'm seriously jealous of your E85 access, though. It's almost a 2 hour drive 1 way for me to get some.

while it was expensive to do i would say besides gears this was one of the best mods to date..car runs Fantastic..cant wait to fuel up with some E85 and take it out for some fun..

Just ordered the JWT C2 Cams and supporting mods from Z1:

1 x JWT C2 Exhaust Camshaft Set - 370Z / G37 (VQ37VHR) () = $749.00
1 x VQ35HR / VQ37VHR Timing Cover O-Ring and Seal Kit () = $120.00
Include All Extras
1 x OEM VQ35HR / VQ37VHR Water Pump (B1010-JK20A) = $67.00
1 x OEM VQ35HR / VQ37VHR Oil Pump (15010-JK20D) = $196.00
1 x Boundary Engineering HR / VHR Billet Oil Pump Gears () = $399.00
1 x Z1 VQ HR / VHR Oil Pan Spacer () = $135.50
Include Ultra Grey RTV
1 x MOTUL 8100 Oil Change Bundle - 5w30 () = $99.94
Additional Quarts 1 Quart
Filter Type NISMO Oil Filter

Starting the tear down this weekend. Hoping to have the car delivered to @Dynosty by the end of the month for a re-tune. In addition to the JWT C2 Cams, since laying down the 341whp/271whp I have added the following:

-Z1 Ported Lower Intake Manifold
-Z1 Race Intakes from standard Z1 Intakes
-Z1 2-piece lightweight rotors
-Dewla Intake Guide

Trying to keep my expectations in check, but would be really excited to eclipse the 370whp/290wtq marks. Would put the HP per Liter around the 118 mark in between the Audi R8 (117.3) and the Ferrari F12TDF (122.2) which are the pinnacle of N/A Engine benchmarks.

Random aside, didn't the S2000 make 120hp hp per L? 240hp, 2.0L F20 engine
