Lower Intake Manifold Runner

Can someone please help me on how to remove the lower intake manifold? I don't want to tackle the job and then screw up something. Can someone help if there is a DIY somewhere? I have looked and can't find one. Also with a ported and polished one, will an OEM gasket work? Any HELP is greatly appreciated

If any studs come out they torque to 8ft lbs; also plenum gasket is re-usable if it doesn't tear.

Here it is. :)

If you're going to be doing any mechanicing on a Z, you gotta have the FSM.

You don't have to drop the sub-frame to install the LTH's. The hardest part is getting the damn stock heat shield out on the left side once you unbolt it. This is where you tear up your hands. Your hands will look like they have been in a fight with a pissed off putty cat! If you're good with tools. The right side will only take you 45 minutes to do.
