Unhappy Uh oh...

Got into my car last night to go see a friend and something weird happened. First, I had a little bit of unusual vibration which cleared up after about 5 mins. Then I noticed a squeaky sound that sounds just like crickets chirping. It happens only when the car is in gear, does not happen in neutral or park. It gets a little louder at speed, and the engine RPM seems to have no effect on it. Sound happens whether the car is parked or moving. No codes yet..

Car is 2009 7AT with 71,000km. Out of warranty

Anyone have an idea what to look for? The only mod on the drivetrain is Quaife LSD.

I just talked to a mechanic friend who works on exotics... It does point toward flex plate/torque converter... Gonna drop her off on Monday. Fingers crossed.

Probably the TC. Had this issue with my G37 7AT. Didn't address the tune and burned through the clutch packs and TC with the added power.
