Cooling fan on with ignition on

As soon as i turn my ignition the cooling fan turns on full power any ideas what my cause this condition? Note that i just istalled an aftermarket cooling fan controller.

Maybe not. Recheck your wiring.

Also if it an adjustable fan controller, check the settings.
