RPM fluctuating at idle issue
47k miles on a '10.
When I'm stopped at a light or just idling the car, the RPM would periodically drop to about 450 and then quickly move back up to normal around 700. Car has never stalled on me randomly, but it's been a concern for the last 1.5-2 years that this has been happening. Anyone else have this issue or can provide insight to what the problem may be? Thanks. |
Have you cleaned the throttles and/or sensors?

:iagree:
Time for a throttle body cleaning. |

I'd try cleaning the MAFs first - easy and cheap. If that doesn't make things better, attack the TBs.

Clean the throttle bodies then do a throttle body relearn
|
relearn is a must. there is 3 relearns you must do, and follow the steps to a T.
