I just got my new differential cooler setup, wired, and working. I have everything mounted through rubber bumpers but......that dang oil cooler pump is loud. Do they quiet down over

Tilton 40-527 continuous duty oil pump
I just got my new differential cooler setup, wired, and working. I have everything mounted through rubber bumpers but......that dang oil cooler pump is loud. Do they quiet down over time?
Oh and the pump and system are full; made sure I filled the diff....run the pump......fill the diff...run the pump etc then normal fill. Thanks guys  FYI the two bolt to the side of that "thing that hangs down in the middle" are m10 x 1.25 good place to bracket things to the car.
