Are Flywheels interchangeable?

I have a SPEC Stage 2+ Clutch and a gently used steel flywheel. Clutch is slipping and i was going to replace the clutch however do i need to replace the flywheel too? Looking to buy the Z1 kit thats fairly cheap. Will boost next year but under 500 is the goal.
