The 4.08 redefines the performance of our cars. I have tons of power and torque through all seven gears now. Upgrading the diff is a pricey mod, but a game changer in terms of power availability.

I don't track my car (or drive it daily) but my guess would be that I could get through the quarter in 4th or even 5th gear with all the available power the car offers.

I can see how 4.0 would help out in 7 speeds, by any chance do you know what your 1-2-3 gears top out at?

Power has no impact on gearing/speed. All it's going to do it accelerate you there faster.

I'm making 510whp over the 262whp when it was stock and all my gears/speed are identical to the day I drove it off the lot. Unless you change FD gearing or RPMs it'll be the same for every one else.
GZ3 and Chuck33079 like this.
