So the HKS dealer I called suggested I go with the EVC S unit instead. Anyone like that one? How about one that is not HKS? Im a little irked

So the HKS dealer I called suggested I go with the EVC S unit instead. Anyone like that one? How about one that is not HKS? Im a little irked at how hard it is to deal with companies based out of Japan. I dont think I would have this issue if I had a euro car with a euro company making parts.
Looking at ~600 to order a full new EVC 45003-AK012 unit..... Guess I would be taking a gamble if it lasts any longer than the first because warranty and replacement parts is not a thing HKS does.
