Does it whine when you turn the steering wheel at all (after the car is warmed up)? I had a whine that sounded remotely like the one above. Thought it

I had a whine that sounded remotely like the one above. Thought it was trans related for the longest time. Turned out to be the power steering reservoir. Got the updated one (per tsb), no more noises.
