Default Shaking while idling?

I was driving my Z yesterday and when I got to a stoplight and my car was idling in neutral, it started shaking. Not a crazy amount but enough to be noticeable, it hasn't come back yet should I be concerned?

I've got HFC's but even before that my idle would get a little rough sometimes. I think it's because the car switches between the MAF and MAP

Clean your throttle bodies, they are restricting air @idle, ur rpm will start jumping soon, there's a DIY on how to clean them here on this site.

Or so i think.

My first suspect is gas that is not quite up to spec. DOOMMONKEY777 may be on the right track with dirty TBs.

I'd try cleaning the MAFs. Might not be the problem but it's a very easy (four small screws) and cheap (can of MAF cleaner) job - several DIYs on this site.
