370z rough start
 

recent i have been having a rough start issue every time i turn on the car, doesnt matter if it cold or hot it happens every single time.

Not sure what it could be, I have read the other thread on this issue but it seems different to mine from the videos that where posted. Sometimes it just tries to start and then dies and i have to push the button again to turn it on and then it turns on straight away. I thought it might be my battery but the battery power indicate it reading like 13V-14V. Any help would be great.

Sure does seem like a weak battery to me.

Battery is the first place I'd check. Swing by any auto parts store - they will test it for you for free.

i am going to get the battery checked on wednesday, hopefully its just that. Thanks guys

Can you check the battery connection at the posts? Check for loose clamps and see if there is any crust built up. Crust can be removed with hot water and a nylon brush like a used toothbrush. Rinse liberally.

Battery. Even though it shows 13-14v while running, that doesn't really mean much as far as the battery is concerned. If that is the original battery, then it definitely is toast.

getting it replaced now, just realised i have had this battery since i bought the car in 2009
