Pricing is as if you're providing your oil pump. So, we will leave it up to you, to whether or not you want to run a new pump or just send yours in. I can provide new pumps, if you decide that is the route you want to go.

Pricing is as follows (includes pump modifications, gears, and back plate). A minimum of 10 will need to be sold to make this happen. A 50% deposit will be taken, so that we can move forward with the gears and back plate, remaining balance due when ready to ship.

Qty 10 = $850

Qty 20 = $775

Retail will be $900 after the initial group buy is done. Again this includes pump modifications, billet gears, and billet back plate.

I'll keep this list updated as time progresses.

Thanks,

So this will be available after the group buy? It's unlikely I can jump in right now, but I'm definitely interested down the line.

If the 10 pieces are met, you're looking at $730 for the gears and backplate. Then, $850 after the group buy. So, you're only spending $120 more for us to put it all together and modify the pump, plus it gives me better quality control over the whole process.

The goal is to keep these in production, uit it's definitely a numbers thing. I'm more concerned with getting the first 10 done, so we can make this a reality. I understand what you mean though. Let me know when you're ready and we can go from there.

Question

Price for a complete pump set-up? Pump, gears, backing plate, etc?

Very nice on the build, I think you'll have one heck of a setup when "finished". Are you staying stock stroke or increasing it?

New pumps are going for around $250 if I'm not mistaken. While that may push it closer to the Nismo pump, you're getting a lot more for the money. Better material for the gears, billet back plate, and a modified pump to help with cavatation at higher rpms.

Let me know when you're ready to move forward and we can go from there. Thanks for your interest man, much appreciated.
Timing wise, I probably wouldn't actually "need" it until November. That said, whenever you have 9 others and want to start I'll be a part of it. I'm seeing OEM pumps for ~$235.00 new so yeah I agree, better pump for about what the nismo costs.

As for stroke, I'm comparing thoughts with several people using a VHR for different things. Currently, I'm leaning toward staying with the stock stroke but I'm not the one that knows best. I am giving the requirements and working with people I trust to find the solutions we need to make this happen.

You're looking at $1100 shipped for a complete assembly.

Okay, that sounds good. I'll let you know when we get to that point, but I'm sure you'll see it as well, since you post in here haha.

I see, well good luck on whichever decision you go with. I'm running a billet crank with stock stroke but with a quite larger piston. Gets me right at 3.8L, where as you guys are already at 3.7L. You might want to looking into using a longer rod and setting the wrist pin further up into the piston and keep the stock stroke as well. That's how most of the GT teams are set up.

It's a good price. I would go for a complete pump as I'm preparing to do an engine build now.

Still working them bud. We have a couple products being finished to be released for the VQ35. So, we will be busy with the VQ37 shortly after.

You're are right, been a little while. Haven't really had worth weight to post to be honest. Just know I'm still working on making this happen.
