Pulley install in South Florida

I have looked on the thread a bunch but can't seem to find much info.

I want to install the NST lightweight pulley kit and I want to find out if anyone knows if there is a good shop down here I'm south Florida?

Also how much time is approximately required for an install like that? It will help me with price estimates.

Anything I should watch out for or tell the shop guy or ask them?
