Exclamation Maf sensors (flowmeters) Question

wondering if the maf is the same on all 370z or the 2013 is any different, on ebay the sell them as if it fit the titan, altima and other nissan cars would you buy them a lot cheapper than buying it from a nissan autopart? What would be the correct part number?

This is because i have a 2013 base and it has the check engine light and the code is p0102 mass or volume air flow circuit low input . Maybe one of the mafs is damaged due i had AEM intakes maybe the conectors damaged it. So on ebay the mafs are a lot cheapper than buying it on a autopart.

What would you guys recommend? buy it on ebay and give it a try? but like i said i need to know if what i am buying is the correct one for the year of my car
