Thanks guys, yes, the radiator itself is holding water just fine (checked both of those plugs and replaced the spring clamps on the rad hoses with worm clamps). It's the condenser that's leaking. That's refrigerant that's on the bottom there.

A\c condenser?so you have no a\c I take it?that's the oil for lubricating the a\c system then

Maybe a bad o-ring where AC lines attach to condensor or just cracked condensor

Correct, my A/C is pretty much blowing ambient. But sometimes it blows cold, so I guess it's not totally out. ...So I guess I have more leaking to look forward to. I have an email out to CSF, so we'll see what they say.

I posted this to see if this is what other people experienced when they have had problems with their condensers. Since no one has responded with any familiarity, I'm guessing this is a different failure than the past failures.

All of the O-ring connections in/out are dry. If that's all there is to check, then yeah, I guess it's a cracked condenser.

Hopefully they can send you just the condensor and just swap them out

csf makes a great radiator but i really wish they would once n for all address these issues with leaks and other quality issues.
only thing holding me back from buying one, is no way im paying international shipping + labor to install this just to have to take it off, ship more parts etc cause something in the radiator failed.

Got in touch with Ravi at CSF, he has been very helpful. The thing that has me so confused at this point is that I put a gauge on the AC line, and it's holding pressure! So at this point, I don't know what to check. I suppose it's possible that the drips I was seeing were drips from earlier, when I changed out my drain plug? I'm not sure. I cleaned off the rad support the last time I had the cover off, but haven't driven it since then, so I'll update when I have a chance to take the cover back off and have some miles on it.

Thank you for coming back on this thread and clearing up what is going on.. More often than not, someone reports a problem, causes a stir, and then vanishes even if their intitial claim may be off.

As I've stated in the past, we definetly have had our fair share of problems with this model in the past due to the complicated design of theunit.. However, we've gone back to the drawing board, and always strive to make our products.I'm confident and hope that our new production will have less problems.. Still with all that being said 95%+ of all units sold till this day have not failed.

With the internet, feedback left is majority of the people with problems who share their experiences (and rightfully so), however it always tends to skue preception from what reality really may be..

I don't jump on this board that much anymore, but I'm always around to help a customer or address any concerns.

cheers

- Ravi

Another CSF failure here .. AVOID THIS **** and spend elsewhere!!
I bought this radiator based on your reviews!
Internet is misleading .. i'm done with it.

Oh and not to mention the regular cooling efficiency of this crap, OEM probably is better cooling lol

Save your money n spend elsewhere!
Shame on you Ravi .. I'm overseas can't even ship this crap back!
