excellent news that you had the exact issue to help me narrow it down haha. Did you have to do a relearn after you cleaned them or did you just bolt them back on and done?

Only after driving and getting oil Temps above 200. I haven't had any software updates

Sounds like your tb needs cleaning though too. Can't hurt to try

Hey Jonathonmp,

Were you able to fix the limp mode? If you did resolved the problem, please share what you did. My Z has the same symptoms as what you described for the last couple of months. It would go into limp mode on some startups and then I would have to pull over and turn off the car and wait 30 or so seconds before turning it back on. It's freakin annoying.

Default Cleaned Throttle Boddies

Hello I just want to share that my 370 was going through limp mode for about 6 months. How I dealt with it for so long? I was lazy and figured I just had to turn off the car and wait 10 seconds before turning it back on, to work properly again.

Finally after doing some research I cleaned my DIRTY TB and limp mode has been gone for 3 weeks now, along with the codes P010B & P102. Huge thanks for this forum that helped me, through you guys experiences solve my issues. I love my Z again thanks to you guys.
