Almost forgot to mention the berk hfc has been known to throw a engine light but with the kinetics they will not... You can get a set of kinetix for $399 shipped via ebay..

I had Berk's and loved them. Sound great, good gains and the fitment was perfect. Of all my N/A mods they by far had the most gains. I highly recommend them. They are a little raspy until they warm up but nothing to complain about. You won't be disappointed. Unfortunately I had them mated to my Stillen CBE and not my FI exhaust, so I can't comment on how that setup would sound.

I would suggest researching both so you don't just go on a biased review... After researching many thread on this forum you will see what I'm talking about.. Ha, I guess that did sound kinda biased but it is factual... lol

Not saying it doesn't exist but I've never seen anything that points directly to the Berk's causing the code. |

I wouldn't get HFC's. Whether high flow or not it's still a major restriction in the exhaust. Headers is the ultimate question though. Cheap test pipes cost almost nothing but you get a major jump in power deleting the stock cats. How much more power do you get though going from stock headers and test pipes vs LTH's? Is $1000+ worth that increase? For most probably not!

Check out my build thread for the cbe and HFCs. Fast intentions plus Berk hfc with stillen gen 3's sounds amazing. Really amazing in person. HFCs did give me a noticeable amount of power via butt dyno and they can be heard above 3.5k on stock exhaust. -Raj

I have an A/T and I'm just making sure the transmission stay in top shape haha Being OCD doesn't help. Thinking about getting a Oil cooling kit but its not a daily driver and when I do push the car, it gets to 200. Do you have sound clips? I'll have to check it out tonight after work! |
