Rear Diff bushing, which on top?

Does the thinner or thicker side of the Whiteline rear diff. bushing go on top (closer to car)? There is a thicker piece and a thinner piece which sandwich together

Does the thinner or thicker side of the Whiteline rear diff. bushing go on top (closer to car)? There is a thicker piece and a thinner piece which sandwich together to make one side of the bushing.
