you should replace the bushing if you're going to drop the diff just to put on a new cover. whiteline bushing is < $100 shipped in most cases. especially since that bushing WILL fail. just a matter of when. i paid ~400 to have my diff bushing installed at a reputable shop since they had such a hard time removing it
