  • Manifold – injector fitment into the manifold can be tricky. We make sure ours fit right to minimize the chance of a boost or vacuum leak.

GTM 4.2 L STROKER KIT-FOR THE VQ35HR & VQ37VHR: Specifications:

Background
Our stroker upgrade represented the pinnacle of engineering for the VQ35DE platform. From our own internal testing, the components performed flawlessly. The very first GTM 2006 Nissan 350z that received this build achieved 855whp (DJ) at 22psi. See it here. After the first 3000 miles, that engine was removed and completely disassembled for an extremely thorough inspection. There were no issues found whatsoever, and the engine was reassembled. However, we thought of ways of further advancement of the VQ35DE platform, with considerably more demanding road race applications in mind. We present those improvements, and the advantages of the said configuration here.


STILLEN Power Steering Cooler Kit: STILLEN designed this Heavy Duty Steering Fluid Cooler to handle driving habits ranging from casual cruising to extreme canyon running. If you are auto-crossing, doing some extreme driving, or have swapped your wheels & tires for a wider and larger diameter set, you are taxing your stock steering fluid cooler and risking the chance of boil-over or cooking the fluid.

The differences between the stock steering Fluid Cooler and the New STILLEN unit are capacity and volume. The reservoir for the STILLEN unit is larger which eliminates the chance of boil-over. The lines are also larger in diameter, allowing more volume through the steering system.

GTM 370Z 500hp Stg1 Supercharger Kit: We are please to announce the GTM supercharger system for the 370Z. Our GTM supercharger system uses the Rotrex C38 supercharger. The key to the Rotrex supercharger is unique compactness, efficiency, low noise and reliability and its state of the art traction drive technology. Great speeds and low noise are just some of the advantages of traction drives over traditional gear transmissions. Traction drives transmit power through friction forces between its rolling elements. The Rotrex traction drive uses an elastic annulus with a small pre-span to secure contact between the roller planets and the sun shaft with a reasonable force. The patented "ramp effect" increases efficiency and reliability in the transmission by regulating the torque transfer capability on demand through self-adjusting planet geometry.

To enhance performance, the Rotrex traction drive uses a special traction fluid. These fluids are a new family of synthetic hydrocarbon oils and greases offering a series of unique performance advantages. Our stroker upgrade represented the pinnacle of engineering for the VQ35DE platform. From our own internal testing, the components performed flawlessly. STILLEN Power Steering Cooler Kit: STILLEN designed this Heavy Duty Steering Fluid Cooler to handle driving habits ranging from casual cruising to extreme canyon running. If you are auto-crossing, doing some extreme driving, or have swapped your wheels & tires for a wider and larger diameter set, you are taxing your stock steering fluid cooler and risking the chance of boil-over or cooking the fluid.

The differences between the stock steering Fluid Cooler and the New STILLEN unit are capacity and volume. The reservoir for the STILLEN unit is larger which eliminates the chance of boil-over. The lines are also larger in diameter, allowing more volume through the steering system.

Four years of extensive research and development lead to a new and revolutionary LSD design with the capacity to house an unprecedented number of friction plates (up to 28 plates in total) and thus the OS Super Lock LSD was born. The increased number of plates directly has not only dramatically improved our LSD design's locking force and enables it to lock fully and completely. An added benefit to being a fully locking mechanism is that less heat is generated, thus resulting in incredible durability and reliability. At DeatschWerks, our injector offering is application specific. Our injectors are engineered to fit your OE harness, OE fuel rail and OE manifold.
  • Fuel rail – upper o-rings come in several different sizes. Ours will always match the OE fuel rail.
  • Manifold – injector fitment into the manifold can be tricky. We make sure ours fit right to minimize the chance of a boost or vacuum leak.
