It's Thursday, April 11th and Motion Lab Tuning has the best deals on all the major engine modifications and components you need to transform your Z. Between the numerous offerings from GTM you also have companies like GReddy and Stillen bringing some noteworthy options to the market.

Nissan 370Z Silicone Radiator Hose Kit, 2009+: Mishimoto Nissan 2009+ 370Z silicone radiator hose kits are made with a dual layer combining high grade silicone and heat-resistant embedded fibers to provide efficient heat reduction and increased pressure tolerance, all with an OEM replacement fit. Perfect for your 370Z.

HKS 52009-AK001 Hybrid Sports Oil Filter: The HKS Hybrid Sports Oil Filter improves oil pressure drop and flow properties by approximately 30% compared to current aftermarket sports oil filters. Most aftermarket sports oil filters assume the use of high viscosity oil; therefore, filter paper strength is prioritized while sacrificing absolute pressure loss properties. HKS Hybrid Sports Oil Filter has readdressed filter strength and overall structure to provide the oil flow that the engine requires and to pursue the HKS ideals in what is required from a sports oil filter.

It's Friday, April 12th and Motion Lab Tuning has the best deals on all the major engine modifications and components you need to transform your Z. Between the numerous offerings from GTM you also have companies like GReddy and Stillen bringing some noteworthy options to the market.

GReddy Turbo Kit - Tuner: New for ’09 is the GReddy line of Tuner Turbo Kits. These stage 2 turbo kits feature main ingredients for big horsepower, larger turbochargers, intercoolers and racing downpipes. But they also keep cost down by leaving fuel upgrades up to the individual tuner, so depending on how extreme they want to go, the tuner has more options for tuning (Optional pre-programmed Ultimate kits will also be available for do it yourselfers.) These Tuner Kits retain GReddy’s exceptional fitment, construction and quality, while supplying trick pieces like external wastegate dump-pipes and a high-capacity cast oil pan for the HR-350Z twin TD06-20G kit

Carrillo Connecting Rods: Carrillo Connecting Rods are manufactured from a proprietary steel, manufactured and forged to custom specifications. After experimenting with virtually every other reasonable material, Carrillo found a chromium/nickel/vanadium/molybdenum-forged alloy to be the best product to meet the stringent requirements of performance motors. Through out the manufacturing process Carrillo rods are inspected and measured to uphold high quality standards. When you go with Carrillo - you go with quality.

Rods sold as a *COMPLETE* Matched Set.

Motion Lab 04-19-2013 02:49 PM

It's Friday, April 19th and Motion Lab Tuning has the best deals on all the major engine modifications and components you need to transform your Z. Between the numerous offerings from GTM you also have companies like GReddy and Stillen bringing some noteworthy options to the market.

GTM 4.2 L STROKER KIT-FOR THE VQ35HR & VQ37VHR: Specifications:
  • GT Motorsports® Hi-Rev Crank: 96 mm stroke
  • GT Motorsports®-spec Arias®/Wiseco® Stage II FI pistons
  • GT Motorsports® Rods
  • Bore: 96mm (optionally 100mm bore with Darton MID sleeves)
  • Final Displacement (exact): 4.2 L

Background
Our stroker upgrade represented the pinnacle of engineering for the VQ35DE platform. From our own internal testing, the components performed flawlessly. The very first GTM 2006 Nissan 350z that received this build achieved 855whp (DJ) at 22psi. See it here. After the first 3000 miles, that engine was removed and completely disassembled for an extremely thorough inspection. There were no issues found whatsoever, and the engine was reassembled. However, we thought of ways of further advancement of the VQ35DE platform, with considerably more demanding road race applications in mind. We present those improvements, and the advantages of the said configuration here.

STILLEN Power Steering Cooler Kit: STILLEN designed this Heavy Duty Steering Fluid Cooler to handle driving habits ranging from casual cruising to extreme canyon running. If you are auto-crossing, doing some extreme driving, or have swapped your wheels & tires for a wider and larger diameter set, you are taxing your stock steering fluid cooler and risking the chance of boil-over or cooking the fluid.

The differences between the stock steering Fluid Cooler and the New STILLEN unit are capacity and volume. The reservoir for the STILLEN unit is larger which eliminates the chance of boil-over. The lines are also larger in diameter, allowing more volume through the steering system.
