Galeforce, sorry I missed seeing this post yesterday. It is 100% possible but would be costly as the R2 uses a revamped 2pc pedal arm to allow for the additional adjustment point. Everything else remained unchanged so the new arm design drops right into the existing brackets. The pedal arm is about 60% of the assembly cost and the most labour intensive piece to produce. Since you're in Ontario best I could do is $125 shipped for a new R2 arm assembly for you. However I'm not sure it'd be worth the cost just for the extra adjusting range.
