This Greddy High Capacity Oil Pan upgrade kit for the Z33 VQ35HR and Z34 VQ37HR comes with two metal baffle doors that keeps the oil from moving around during hard cornering. There is also an extra port for an oil temperatore sensor.

How would I go about getting the necessary hardware to install this should I purchase?

according to other members, the greddy pan requires you to source your own bolts considering the some of the stock ones will be too short, other than that, just some high temp liquid gasket and you are set! no oil pick up spacer needed
