Z1 Motorsports Silicone Hoses... PCV, Heater, Radiator, Brake Booster, Post-MAF etc.

We have a large selection of silicone hoses to replace the stock rubber hoses which are highly prone to crack and leak as they age. The hoses are designed to outlast the life of your car!

Each 2 piece set comes with Z1 Silicone formed 2 layer reinforced hose to replace rubber overflow hoses currently on the factory 370Z.

This hose will dress up your engine bay and is easy to install.

This hose is much more durable than the stock hose and fits in the exact same location with no modifications required.

These hoses are formed just like the factory hoses for perfect fitment, and will not degrade over time.

Available in Black, Red, and Blue.

Price: $18.00

Z1 Silicone Side PCV Breather Hose set for Aftermarket Intakes

http://www.z1motorsports.com/g37_370...600&page=popup

Z1 silicone side PCV breather hoses are perfectly formed to fit aftermarket intakes for your VQ37VHR.

4 ply reinforced high quality silicone hose, custom formed for perfect fitment of your Stillen, AEM, Injen, Takeda, JWT or similar intake.

Each hose in this set of two includes a restrictor to maintain a clean flow once your factory baffle is removed.

Over time the factory rubber hoses will crack and deteriorate creating vacuum leaks that will rob you of power and make the car undrivable. The factory PCV hoses are also prone to oil build up from debris and oil collecting in the hoses.

These are the last PCV hoses you will ever need. Unlike conventional stock rubber hoses that deteriorate over time, dry rot, and ultimately crack this silicone hose will stay soft and never degrade.

*Please note these hoses are intended for use with Aftermarket Intake systems and will not fit the factory Intake plumbing.

Offered in High Gloss Black, Blue or Red

Price: $28.00

Z1 Silicone Brake Booster Hose (Engine side)

http://www.z1motorsports.com/g37_370...600&page=popup

http://www.z1motorsports.com/g37_370...600&page=popup

4 ply reinforced high quality silicone hose, custom formed for perfect fitment. This hose is located on the rear of the intake manifold connecting to the brake booster feed line in the center of the fire wall.

Over time the factory rubber hoses will crack and deteriorate creating vacuum leaks that will rob you of power and make the car undrivable. Any leaks or lack of vacuum for the 370Z braking system will result in an undesirably firm brake pedal and could possibly pose a safety hazard.

This is the last Brake Booster hose you will ever need. Unlike conventional stock rubber hoses that deteriorate over time, dry rot, and ultimately crack this silicone hose will stay soft and never degrade. Best of all it costs less than a new OEM rubber hose.

Available in High Gloss Black, Blue or Red

Price: $14.00

I was advised that they only work with after market Intakes, but not the Post-MAF Tubes. I was told that they are producing a set of Side PCV Hoses now that are designed to work with the Post-MAF Tubes. So hopefully it wont be too long.

Just put almost a full set on last night. No Side PCV Hoses (read above) and i didn't install the Heater Hoses b/c they are difficult to get to. But I bought them just in case i can get to them later. And you cant see the Brake Booster Hose in this photo, but its back there, between the engine and firewall.

No problem. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a difference in product like 1 being improved over another. :)

Unfortunately not. We have had alot of requests for odd colors [each request is for a different color!]. The cost of producing the vast array of colors for customers custom applications would just be too high.

We may look into expanding our color offerings in the future, but no plans just yet.

Just ordered mine.

Can you post a pic of where it goes vs the stock one just to compare, the website didn't have an installed pic of this particular line.

I'm trying to complete the install of the radiator hoses but I'm having a REAL hard time with the radiator side of the upper hose. Here's a pic of where it's right now. It just won't move from there. No matter how much pushing and pulling, it just doesn't move.
