The Jhook Braille kit can be adjusted to fit a number of mounting options... many customers use them to mount the battery in the OEM location.

You can realistically expect to shave about 60% or so while keeping function of all accessories.

We encourage all Z owners to run either the 15lb or 17lb battery set up, which shaves a total of 20-18lbs off the stock weight.
