Default Exhaust scrape mark removal

I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on cleaning up exhaust scrapes? I picked up a second hand Nismo S-tune this weekend that cleaned up really nice with some Blue Magic and some elbow grease, however there are some scrapes on the tips that are killin me! Off the top of my head I'm thinking a dremel? I've also heard stories of a brillo pad and some water? Thanks for any pointers!
