Kenchan, thanks for the DIY! I just took mine off yesterday, and it was easy as pie!

I have to wait for the person selling me his to mail them to me. It's complicated. But I'll be looking at this thread again when I get the touring pedals in the mail. :D

I really don't want to fork over $80 for the clutch and brake pedal covers plus another $132 for the accelerator. Are there any other options or choices other than the ones that Modshack has. I would rather not have to drill into the pedals.

I think you're probably going to have problems installing different pedals without drilling.
I bought pedals from Autovation (link below) for my 350 and paid just a little over $100 for gas, brake, clutch and dead pedal. I found a 35% coupon when I bought them.

I don't condone 5 finger discount, but that is always an option LOL.

i dont like adding unnecessary thickness to the pedals unless i want one of the pedals closer to me... so i prefer the factory oem pedal covers. :)

i suppose if the Z had telescopic steering wheel drilling type might be an option but for me this is the way the Z shouldve look from the factory.

I did notice a clutch pedal off a mustang was VERY similar to the Z one. If anyone wants, I can take pics...

I Have them on my Sport/Touring and when i took my buddy to buy his BRZ the sales rep wanted to look at my Z and first thing he said when he looked inside was "wow look at those pedals, we need to step up our game"

True story, this is a great mod

kenchan 03-25-2013 03:14 PM

 but they need to step up hell of a lot more than just pedals. lol :icon17:
