I Need help (Headlight Lens broken)

The left headlight lens broke, but just a small part. The small corner on the bottom, I don't want to buy the whole headlight which cost around 600 dollars. Any suggestions of how I can plug that broken area? Something like transparent tape, a plastic tape they might sell?

Any ideas?

Outside of getting a good deal from a member here? eBay is going to be your only cheaper choice.

If you can seal it up like DE mentioned at least it will buy you some time to getting it replaced correctly.
