I can't say the car will drive very well without ABS since the brakes are heavily rear-biased and ABS is used to balance the braking. I suppose it could be useful for drifting where you want the rear to step out under braking.
but wouldn't disabling the accelerometer or "yaw" sensor accomplish the same thing?
