DIY: Repair Damaged AC Lines Because by Aftermarket Intakes

It would be wise to go ahead and replace the o-rings if you are going to have it apart. This is my first time reading about this happening(still new here.)

It would be wise to go ahead and replace the o-rings if you are going to have it apart.
This is my first time reading about this happening(still new here.) Is this mainly happening with CAI's?

Thank you for the amazing write up, I have to tackle this dilemma myself. The previous owner had a shop install the G3 and they forgot to insulate it. With that being said, what size silicone tube do you need?
