This is just much faster for a quick blackout If you spray inside the handle part really well, then you shouldn't peel for a few months. Also, be gentle when opening the handle. I've noticed it strips the dip off when you pry open the handle without the door being unlocked

What? Once you spray initially and let dry, you should be able to peel off the area around the handle so it operates smoothly.

He's talking about inside the handle, not the excess plasti dip that you have after initially spraying the handle. I've run into this problem too where after some time inside the handle starts to peel from repeated use.

I was planning to go for blacked out door handles and tails, but with the orange lip in the back, I was thinking to possibly do some other orange accents. I can't seem to imagine orange handles being too attractive, though...
Any ideas? |

Yeah, don't really know what you are goin' for with the whole orange + black thing...
But you can always do something like this once your handles are black. Paint the little button orange as well as inside the keyhole. That would set it off a little bit.. Also, you can powdercoat your brake calipers orange. That would probably look good.. Ive also seen people make the z on the rear badge 370Z various colors. As well as the "O" in nismo.

I don't know either, lol. The car had an orange vinyl on the back when I got it. I was going to see what else I could do with it. If not I figure I could just rip off the orange vinyl and go in another direction with it. Maybe black/red.

What kind of surface would be good to use as a test application? I want to see this in action and get a feel for how to properly apply the coats before I go spraying this on my car. I've never really worked with any kind of spraying application like this before.
Also would the fact that it's about 30 degrees out now cause it not to set properly? |

I started to peel one of them the other day while on the car, realized it was going to take some serious effort, so i stopped.. But yes, the less you spray, the harder it is to remove.
