Default HELP! Windshield sprayer

I'm chugging through winter with no windshield sprayer

I don't know if it is related, but I had a shop pull my bumper and wheel wells to install an oil cooler.

Could it be that when they put the bumper back on they pinched my fluid line????

I suspect that is it, but before I pull my bumper to troubleshoot, I thought I'd ask if any of you really experienced Z mechanics could confirm or deny the possibility that my bumper could be the culprit.

Please help! reps and much love to anybody who can give me good troubleshooting advice!!!!

-Thanks
