Mirro Tap
So I replaced my old escort radar detector with a new Beltronics one. While purchasing this on Amazon I fell upon a product called Mirrortap. It is to hardwire your radar detector.
Has anyone installed this, if you have were do the two wires hook up to. I have no clue how to use a 12+ volt voltometor or what ever they are called. I would like to purchase this but I need to know where the two hook ups will go to on the back of the rear view mirror connector.

I used an Invisicord, not a Mirror Tap, but I'd assume it's the same. I used this writeup and it worked fine. Easy & Clean Radar Install

I bought the Mirrortap for my Beltronic rx65 radar. Mine ended up being that the Red wire in the harness was the 12V and the Ground was the Black. Matched up Red to Red, Black to Black and everything was set and ready to go.
