Dash Cubby Hole/Lid Cluster

Looks like you have resolved this, so this is just FYI if someone else has this problem. A quick look at IP-11 of the 2009 FSM (downloadable from this site)

A quick look at IP-11 of the 2009 FSM (downloadable from this site) and it looks like the cubby door is part of "34 Cluster lid C (without NAVI)" and not a serviceable part. I assume that means Nissan won't sell just the cubby door.
I looked at the cubby door on my 2009 Touring and didn't see any obvious way to get to the hinges.
There may be a way to get to the hinges once you get Cluster lid C off, but, if I read the FSM correctly, you have to remove the "console finisher assembly" (shifter lever bezel) and both console panels to get to the screws that hold Cluster lid C in.

Edit: Apparently, it is possible to remove the cubby door - and not all that difficult. See comment/pics by cheshirecat a few posts down. Thanks cheshirecat!
