Where did you chip the caliper? I'm guessing it was when you were taking the pads out or putting them back in?

no, my damn wire slipped loose, caliper fell, and chipped the outside near the top of the first piston (about an inch from the nissan logo). Dab of semi flat black will hide it for now until I get them powdercoated
Spacers are great, no new vibrations and the ride is still good. |

It's called a torque wrench, and is powered by your body. When you reach the selected amount of torque the wrench will click to let you know (there are also digital versions). If you are doing your own work you should have one. I believe the manual dictates 85 lb/ft.
