The two wire plug at the bottom? That's the parking light bulb. Twist 90 degrees and pull. The bulb will come out with it.

Yeah I figured it out. Just twist and pull. My lights took me about 12 hours.. After I finished one light and got it all assembled I noticed there was crap on the inside of the lens, so I had to take it all apart, put it in the oven, fix it, then put it in the oven again, then assemble it again. I was pissed. Now I have to figure out how to get the scratches out of my lens because they got really scratched sitting on my carpet for some reason.
anyways...heres some crappy cellphone pics.

Nice Work. I'm thinking about painting the inside black. Does this effect the lights at all? Do they still have same output since you are painiting the reflectors? Thanks For the help

Not sure what caravan used but I just used a dot of hot glue on one side of the LED to temporarily hold it in place and a two part epoxy to hold it secure on the other. Not so much that you can't ever get it out. Just enough to hold it.

Is there a way to have these stay on only during the day (DRLs)?

Yes. It is fairly easy to wire these as DRL's.

You will need to run your main power to an ignition source. One that is only on when the car is on. Then use a relay to interrupt the power when the lights are on.

I have mine wired so that the angel eye and demon eye shut off when the headlights are turned on.

What all do I have to remove to put the headlight in the oven? There is that part on the bottom that says do not remove will shock. Do I remove that? :s

Thanks for the great DIY post!

I'm just wondering if anyone's ever tried to paint or seen someone paint the Projector Shroud and/or Turn Signal Shroud RED on a PEARL WHITE Z?

I know and have seen a few photos on this thread from those who painted them WHITE on a PEARL WHITE Z. But I was thinking maybe RED would stand out as an accent :O

If not can someone possibly photoshop the shrouds RED in one of those photos? I'm really curious and am inept at photoshop haha

Ahhh I just learned how to photoshop it red myself and did it with a photo posted on this thread. Thanks to "Soulrunner" for the photo of his Z~

What do you guys think of the red accent instead of matching w/ the white??

Nut_N_Much likes this.

I think it looks good. As long as you have some other red accents.
