Does anybody else use WAZE app in car?
I have been using the WAZE app on my dash and love it. Just recently it gave me a heads up of the location of no less than 3 speed traps on my 45 minute drive into denver. The police in my area are using lazer now (not easy to detect radar) WAZE is great for keeping my situational awareness up.
I like that my fellow motorists can start tracking the movements of law enforcment (and all sorts of other road hazards), so we collectivley can keep each other out of harms way.

I like it only takes two or three button pushes to report a "hazard" (car on shoulder cop etc)
I have avoided several Hazards in the last year and am therefore a loyal user. With laser guns so prevalent now, radar detectors are becoming less useful on detecting certain "hazards". You got to have crowd sourced traffic info (like WAZE) to feel like you not barreling into bad situations. I wish I could somehow recommend a day of WAZE use to all our members. I know 90 percent would be grateful for the tip!!

4s is what I use too.
It is free! Probably the best app I have. Only drawback is that to work it needs to be in data coverage.

I feel about this app the way I felt when I discovered pandora. It is so great I can't wait to pass it along to my buddies.

Love it. I've been using it for a few weeks, was able to avoid 2 major jams and one speed trap in PA that got by my Passport.
