DIY: of complete FOG LAMP install

I cannot get the factory dummy fog light thing out,the 2 nuts keep spinning with the studs,I am out of ideas,can anyone help me out with this???? Thanks....

I'd normally break loctite with a wrench / hammer combo, but I couldn't get a hammer in there. A quick turn should accomplish the same thing. The key is, you have to do this first, not after you've jacked with them and spun the head.
I personally haven't done this mod, but did a little research. Some have had to cut the nuts off with a Dremel tool as well.
