Sorry to resurrect this thread but I'm looking to do this soon and I have a few questions.
What sealant/glue would be best suited if the lights need to be opened again after I close them? I've heard some sealants do not loosen up with heat the same way OEM does. Which halos have proven most reliable if correctly installed? Which halos are easiest to install? ( saw issues with tabs and wire connections etc) I'd like to avoid the lime green or yellow rings when the lights are off. Any suggestions on halos? Thanks in advance. |

Thanks for the reply!! If I decided to go with the clear lenses where would I go for them? are the clear lens brighter or reduces the brightness(I perfer brighter). If I purchase the halos(pic below) including the color changing remote would it be a plug and play type deal or would I have to tinker with it? And I'm assuming the control module will have to be outside the lens right? I'm asking a few questions since I don't want to mess this up. I'll rep u up when I figure how to do so.
