DIY: LED Halo w/Video's
Got the main set of halos installed today. I took VDC's lead and cut fabbed up the diffuser from mart to work. Thanks for the tip!!!
Just waiting for the flasher lenses to come back from being tinted. Then I'll put those together and install the flasher halos

Nice work, I love to see all these great minds keep improving and coming up with new ideas. That red ring inside is awesome.

Thx! I'm really liking how it's turning out. It was a lot of work fabricating those diffusers though. Still worth it! They put a good finishing touch on the XBs.

Awesome. Dont forget to add glue to the inside of the diffusers. I did have a set fall off inside the headlight before and I had to redo it.

For dual Halo's could you just tap the turn signal halo wires into the main projector halo, then connect the main projector halo wires to the parking light?

My project has been taking a while! I've tried a lot of new things and had a lot of fun testing things out! Finally ready to put them back together.
I'd like to report wiring a little different than the DIY vid. I soldered my wires right to the circuit board and taped them up to the other wires on the board to secure them. Like this

Here's some quick phone pics how they turned out. I snapped them before testing on the car this morning. I'll get some better pics when I re seal them and put them back on the car

Looks good but it looks like they sent you two different versions of the halos. They did that to me and I had redo a customers car

Lovin the color strips in the projector, looks clean. Been working like crazy lately but working on something different.
I have double halo going into the Main Projector. XB white for the outer and blue for inner halo. Also trying out the XB Strip. Together with the Halo for daytime driving should be cool look. Waiting for package, will post pics next weekend. Here is the strip: Morimoto XB LED Strips - Accessories from The Retrofit Source Inc It will match the intensity of the XB Halo's..
