Almost there.. I'm having trouble getting the lens to bond with the shroud. It would have been easy but I had the great idea to put vinyl wrap all over the shroud. Its being difficult right know

Your CF wrapped shrouds look incredible! I did the same treatment to my reflectors and landing strip, and just painted the shrouds. I plan to do halos over the winter, so I may redo the shrouds like yours. Nice job, can't wait to see the final product.
+1 rep!

Thank you sir.. I left the epoxy alone and wanted to see how it would hold up once completely dry.. Not Impressed . I am using Auto Goop for everything for now on.. It holds up to heat, its easily removed off the parts if it gets on anything. Sets in 2 hours, its rubbery so driving wont bounce it out of the shroud. Love it, smells good too!!! So her it is! Sexy as hell, looks awesome, can't wait to get it on the car. Also this didn't cost me $1100 to as quoted on the phone by a light modding company. .

Looks clean. Love the CF wrap idea... i still have some laying around. I wonder if the wrap will hold up under extreme temperature change. Will the glue used remain in tact? such an undertaking would render my nerves shot. I shall try none the less.

Your write, after wrapping I hit it with the heat gun for a few min to see the effects. The edges started started to peal back and come apart so I used some of the epoxy to bond the edges of the wrap to the backside of the shroud. Then hit it again with the heat gun. Seems to hold fine. I am worried about the heat too. Especially the main projection shroud. I want to see what the heat cycles will do to the vinyl. If it comes apart it will be an excuse to color match the lights to my rims.
