I am getting ready to black out my wheels with PlastiDip, and have been reading the DIYs on the subject. Only one post refers to doing both sides of the wheel. What's with that? Seems to me it makes sense to start with the wheel insides first, to get the technique down before tackling the side that really shows. But the insides do show some, so why aren't they mentioned? TIA, and please wish me luck!
