How to remove dealer decals?

So clearly I'm a noob and tried doing the search but wasn't successful, if this was already posted I apologize. But I'm trying to get rid of the dealer decal

But I'm trying to get rid of the dealer decal on the back of my Z (no unfortunately I don't have Lou's fancy one) and could use some pointers. Thanks!
