wowza that was extream, i had a run in with the demon bolt but i just rounded off the head of it, finally got it off with a Grip-Tite socket and a giant breaker bar, the head actually snapped off and the cat fell right to the ground. make sure when you reinstall you use anti-seize

IMO, it's best to use some high-temp sealant whenever you do exhaust work. Helps to cut down on exhaust leaks.
I had a leak between the test pipe and header and needed to tighten it more about a week after install. Even though you have a gasket in there, it doesn't necessarily mean the bolts are torqued down to the spec required to keep leaks from happening. The sealant will help fill in those tiny gaps if you have any. |

1/2" breaker bar with a pipe on it and extensions straight forward out the front of the engine bay are how I got mine, def. a pain to get and adds in the worry of smacking the front bumper but it did the trick. Both of mine snapped.

Sorry. A set is like 30.... 14mm bolt extractor is in there... that with a four foot extension out the front and a 1/2 breaker bar after about ten min of heating with a torch... SNAP!!!!! Big difference now with test pipes... aam axel back go on Tuesday.... >=)
