I don't have a DIY for the cat back, but do have experience installing one. It is a simple remove and reinstall.

I looked at stillens installation instructions it says to just spray the hangers that hold the exhaust in place with lubricant and remove. what holds it in place besides the bolts on the Catalytic converters? thanks

Just hangars.

While not a write up, per se, it's pretty close.

I found it MUCH easier to simply unbolt the hangers from the car, then remove them from the exhaust once they are off the car. Also MUCH easier to get them on the new exhaust and helps you align everything easier upon re-installing since you can just hold it in place and attach the bolts loosely at first. Just make sure you are putting the hangers back on facing the correct way or the bolt holes won't line up.

i did the install today and yes your correct unbolting the hangers was the way to go
